Extra-curricular activities form an important element of our education. Good education is very much about good balance, offering students the opportunity to enrich their school life in various ways both academic and non-academic.
Different activities are offered in ten-week sessions. They typically include: Traditional Korean Music Club, Western Music Club, Taekwondo Club, Hapkido Club, Magic Club, Gymnastics Club, Games Club, Free Sports Club, Computer Club, and the Science Club. Additionally, we offer English tutoring for our ESL students.
These after school activities are supplementary educational and fun services for the benefit of our students. Each activity has its own policy and starts once the school day ends. Therefore the school tuition fee does not include these activities expenses.
|
Our school's most distinctive quality is its caring approach, one that respects the individuality of each student. After-school activities ensure that students have the opportunity to pursue their abilities, develop new skills and socialize with their friends.
Each activity has a minimum and maximum student number. If any activity is full, new students will not be able to enroll. However, if a place becomes available other children will be given the opportunity to join.
The following are examples of activities we have provided in the past.
Korean Music Club
Students will be introduced to traditional Korean Music Instruments. They will learn how to play these instruments and make an orchestra for the graduation ceremony.
Western Music Club
Students will learn Western Musical Instruments. They will learn how to play these instruments and make an orchestra for the graduation ceremony.
