Application Checklist

For the application please be sure that you have prepared the following documents;

• A completed application form
• An application processing fee of 300,000 KRW per applicant
• 2 photographs (3 cm x 4 cm)
• Photocopies of the title page of passports (child, father and mother)
• Photocopies of Alien Registration Card
• Official transcripts from the past two school years
• Completed Medical History Form and Report of Medical Examination. You may send documents as they become available to you. However applicants will not be considered until all the documents and fees have been received.
